Orange Mousse

Ingredients for Orange Puree:
Orange juice 2 cups
Sugar 1/2 cup
Slurry (corn flour 4 tbsp + water 1/2 cup)

Ingredients for Orange Mixture:
Condensed milk 1 cup
Orange juice 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Mousse:
NESTL MILKPAK Dairy Whipping Cream 2 packs
Orange mixture
Orange food color 1 tsp
Orange essence 1/2 tsp
Orange puree as required
Orange pieces (for garnishing) as required
Mint leaves (for garnishing) as required

Directions for Orange Puree Preparation:
1. Take oranges and squeeze the juice out of them.
2. In a pan heat orange juice and add sugar, slurry and cook until it thickens.
3. Let it cool at room temperature and set aside.
Directions for Orange Mixture Preparation:
4. In a bowl add condensed milk, orange juice and mix it well. Your Orange Mixture is ready. Set aside.
Directions for Mousse Preparation:
5. In a bowl add NESTL MILKPAK Dairy Whipping Cream and beat until fluffy and stiff peaks form.
Note: Chill the cream overnight in the fridge and whip it with an electric beater.
Note: Do not put in freezer to chill, cream wont whip once it gets gold temperature shock.
6. Now add orange mixture, orange food color and orange essence into it. Beat it again.
7. In a glass add a layer of orange puree at the bottom and pipe out the orange mousse at the top.
8. Garnish it with orange pieces, mint leaves, whipped cream and serve.
9. Your Orange Mousse is ready. Serve and enjoy.
