Creamy Custard Apple Pudding with dry fruits | Sitaphal Payesh /Rabdi | আতার পায়েশ | Sitaphal Kheer | HUNGRY HUNT

In Mumbai during rainy season I came to see huge supply of Custard apple. A lovely fruit, with mild yet distinct flavour and sweet smell.It is also called Sugar-apple and it is brought to Asia by Spanish traders.It is originally a fruit wildly grown in tropical climate of America & West Indies.

INGREDIENTS:
1.Fresh Custard Apple-2
2.Full Fat Milk-500ml
3.Sugar-3tbsp
4.Crushed Green Cardamom-3
5.Few strands of kesar(saffron)
6.Green Pistachio
7.Cashew Nuts
8.Rose Water-1tsp
9.Kewra water-few drops
