Creamy Cheesy Red Sauce Pasta

Ingredients:
Boiling Pasta :
Pasta – 1 ½ cup
Water - 4 cops
Salt – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Pasta sauce :
Water – 4 cups
Tomatoes – 7
Kashmiri chilli – 3
Guntur chilli – 3
Carrot – 1 small
Beetroot – 2 tbsp chopped
Red capsicum 1
Garlic – 8 cloves
Oil – 1 tbsp
Garlic – 2 tbsp chopped
Onion – 1 chopped
Tomatoes – 2 chopped
Salt to taste
Sugar – 1 tsp
Basil leaves – 2 tbsp chopped
Red chilli flakes – 1 tsp
Black pepper – 1/4th tsp
Oregano – 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp
Butter – 1 tbsp
Fresh Cream – ½ cup
Mozzarella cheese – 1/4th cup grated
