CREAMY AND CHEESY MEAT SAUCE RECIPE - Very easy and incredibly tasty!

Music: Santa Lucia - Traditional Neapolitan Song
Arrangement and piano: Elvan A. ULUCINAR

In this episode, I'd like to share with you a very easy and so tasty sauce recipe. This dish takes about 10 minutes to serve, so it is ideal for buzy days. This time I used red meat but it also tastes great with chicken. Lastly, if you use thinly sliced meat, that will cook rapidly and then you have such a quick dinner :)

INGREDIENTS (for 2)
400 gr. (0.9 lb) meat or chicken (thinly sliced)
1 cup cream
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp mustard
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
Salt&black pepper
Sunflower oil

DIRECTIONS
The first step is very easy, but totally optional if there is no
time for it.
Transfer meat into a container, add oil,mix well, cover and
refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Heat a pan over medium high heat.
(add 2-3 tbsp oil, if you skipped the step 1)
Line a plate with paper towels, set aside.
When the pan is hot add the meat, but don't over-crowd it.
Sprinkle a pinch of salt and black pepper then cook until desired doneness.
I cook for about 2 minutes per side.
Transfer cooked meat on paper towels and repeat this process until all the meat is cooked.
Drain excess oil, reduce heat to medium low.
Let the pan cool slightly, then place back over the flame.
Add the cream, stir constantly and scrape the pan.
Add mustard and garlic, mix well.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
Add the cheese and mix until it melts.
Return the meat back to the pan and mix.
Check for seasoning and add more salt if needed.
Reserve some for garnishing, then add parsley into the pan and mix.
Turn off the heat and arrange on serving plates.
Garnish with parsley and freshly ground black pepper, serve immediately.
