cream of mushroom soup/home made

ingredients:
mushroom -one small packet
milk
water or vegetable stock or chicken stock
pepper
salt
corriander leaves
butter
garlic

method:
wash and clean mushroom thoroughly
cut into slices
in a pan add 3 to 5 spoons of butter
add mushroom( you can add minced onions along with mushroom)
then add garlic
saute mushroom well till the water is evaporated and mushroom is well sauted
now salt and pepper can be added(optional)
salt and pepper can be added in the soup direclty too while serving.
saute for 2 mints and switch of the pan
take two tablespoon full of mushooms and keep aside
the rest add to a mixie jar and give two turn pulses
transfer the mixture into the same pan and add one cup of water
and 2 cups of milk
if the milk is not whole milk then add cornflour
before adding corn flour dissove 2 table spoon of corn flour in water without any lumps.
now bring the soup to boil and simmer it
let it boil for 5 to 10 minutes
now serve the hot yummy cream of mushroom soup .
add the whole mushroom which we kept aside and also some minced cliantro,
Add pepper and salt as per taste.
note : fresh cream can be added along with milk .
