Mix the room temperature butter with a spatula until it becomes creamy, add sugar and eggs in that order, and mix well each time.2. Sift in the flour and baking powder and mix thoroughly.3. Pour the dough into the tart mold lined with parchment paper and bake at 170C for 30-40 minutes. 4. Remove from the oven and let it cool. Once it has cooled down, remove from the mold.5.
