Crab Masala Korma - How to cook Crab Curry | Vahchef - VahRehVah

CRAB MASALA KORMA
INGREDIENTS:
Oil - As Required
Tomatoes - 2 nos.
Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
Cinnamon - 2 nos
Star anise - 3nos
Cardamom - 6nos
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Water - As Required
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Onion - 2 nos
Salt - As Per Taste
Coconut - 1 no.
Crab - 500gms
DIRECTIONS:
Firstly, clean the crabs and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves and saute it till it turns into slightly transparents. Grind into a fine paste.
In the same pan add oil, cinnamon, star anise, cardamom, fennel seeds, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder and add a little amount of water. Now cook it until it becomes nice gravy.
Then add chilli powder, onion & coriander paste. Cook it for few minutes by adding some water.
Now add crabs, salt, coconut paste mix it well and cook it for few minutes with the lid closed on a slow flame.
Crab curry with hot rice is ready to serve.
