CRAB MASALA KORMA INGREDIENTS:Oil - As RequiredTomatoes - 2 nos.Coriander leaves - 1 bunch Cinnamon - 2 nosStar anise - 3nosCardamom - 6nosFennel seeds - 1 tspGinger garlic paste - 1 tspTurmeric powder - ½ tspWater - As RequiredChilli powder - 1 tspOnion - 2 nosSalt - As Per TasteCoconut - 1 no.Crab - 500gmsDIRECTIONS:Firstly, clean the crabs and keep aside.Heat oil in a pan, add onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves and saute it till it turns into slightly transparents. Grind into a fine paste.In the same pan add oil, cinnamon, star anise, cardamom, fennel seeds, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder and add a little amount of water. Now cook it until it becomes nice gravy. Then add chilli powder, onion & coriander paste. Cook it for few minutes by adding some water.Now add crabs, salt, coconut paste mix it well and cook it for few minutes with the lid closed on a slow flame.
