PREP TIME: 10 MINUTESCOOK TIME: 25 MINUTESSERVES: 4-6 INGREDIENTS12 medium garden eggs5 medium tomatoes, chopped.1 medium onion, diced.4 cloves of garlic, minced.Cow hide (wele), cut into pieces100g smoked tuna100g baby crabs1 stinky fish (momoni)3 tbsp vegetable oil1 tbsp Salt DIRECTION Heat vegetable oil over medium heat, add momone , onion, stir and let fry for a minute. Add tomatoes, scotch bonnet pepper, stir and let simmer for 3 minutes then add garlic and let simmer. Add cow hide(wele) , stir, let it cook for 5mins then add smoked tuna. Add cleaned baby crabs, stir, cover and let simmer for another 5 minutes. Add diced garden eggs, stir, cover and let it cook for 5 minutes. Add and adjust salt to your taste. Crab loaded garden egg stew ready.
