Ingredients:
-Cottage Cheese Ice Cream
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup sugar
small pinch of salt

-Cookie crumble
3/4 cup ap flour
1/3 cup sugar
3 tbsp cold diced
1 tbsp cold water ( adjust to desired consistency)

Thinly sliced pineapple with sugar
