Corn is in season and let me show you a tasty and nutritious dish that can easily be made at home using fresh Corn.Ingredients:11/2 cup Corn1 chopped Onion2 pureed Tomatoes1 tsp Jeera (Cumin)2 slit Green Chillies2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste1 tsp Red Chilli powder1 tsp Coriander powder1/4 tsp Turmeric1 tsp Jeera powder1/2 tsp Garam masala1 tsp Kasuri Methi1 tbsp Fresh Cream3 tbsp OilCoriander leavesSalt to tasteMethod: Heat Oil and crackle Jeera and add 2 slit Green Chillies. Add chopped Onions and saute till pink. Put Ginger Garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes. Then add Tomato puree and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add Chilli powder, Jeera powder, Coriander powder, Turmeric and Salt and saute. To this add the fresh Corn. Pour 1 cup water, cover and cook for 5 minutes or till the Corn is cooked. Put in Kasuri Methi, Garam Masala and Fresh Cream. Serve Corn Masala garnished with Coriander leaves.
