Ingredients:
Oil - 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Green Chili - 2
Curry Leaves - 1 sprig
Onion - 1 finely chopped
Sweet Corn - ½ cup (crushed)
Sweet Corn - 1 cup kernels
Salt - as per taste / 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Turmeric - ¼ tsp
Red Chili - 1 ½ tsp
Cumin Powder - ½ tsp
Poha - ¼ cup
Maida - 3 tbsp + Water
Samosa Patti - 10-12
Oil - to deep fry Samosa
Chat Masala - to sprinkle on top
