Corn Payasam/Makai Kheer | Indian Mom's Kitchen

It's very easy to make this Payasam/Kheer at home. All your near and dear ones will just love it.

Ingredients;
2 cups Sweet Corn
3 cups Milk
1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
2 tsp Ghee
1/2 cup Sugar
Few Cashew nuts
Few Raisins
Few Coconut pieces

Method: Put the Corn in a Blender and make a coarse paste. Heat 1 tsp Ghee. Fry the Coconut pieces, Cashew nuts and Raisins till brown. Remove and keep aside.
Put in the remaining Ghee and fry the Corn mixture for 5 minutes. Pour in the Milk and Sugar & simmer for 5 minutes. Add the Cardamom powder and serve garnished with fried Cashew nuts, Raisins and Coconut pieces.
