Makki di roti is a flat unleavened Indian bread made from cornflour and primarily eaten in Northern India. It is like a roti baked on a tawa and served with sarson ka saag or any yummy gravy curry.

Ingredients:
Corn meal flour 3 cup
Wheat flour 1 cup
Salt


Directions:
1. Take a bowl add corn meal flour, wheat flour, salt, add water make a dough.
2. Take some flour make the roti with hands, and then roll with rolling pin.

3. Put it on the tawa, cook it, and put it on the direct flame till it puffs up.
4. Serve this cluster bean.
