This dish is simple cheesy corn cheese toast cooked for the famous Aussie Spinner #ShaneWarne #corncheesetoast and he is simply loving it and I am sure if you cook at home you are going to love it too, do the #namakshamak
Recipe
Ingredients
Coarsely ground american corn kernels 1 cup
CHeese Grated 1 cup
Mixed Herbs 1 teaspoon
Chilli Flakes 1 teaspoon
Chopped green chillies 1 teaspoon
Chopped Green Capsicum 2 Tablespoons
Daburhommade Dilli Ki Chatpati Hari Chutney 3 Tablespoons
Fresh Coriander 2 Tablespoons
Bikanri Nylon Sev 3 Tablespoons
Butter 1 Tablespoon

Method
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
2. Apply the Hari CHutney on bread slices.
3. Now apply the corn cheese mixture on the bread slices.
4. Cook the bread slices on a tawa until the cheese melts. Cover slices if required.
5. Once the bread slices are crisp and cheese has melted remove , top the toast with sev and cut into slices. Serve hot.
