A must try for sure!CORN CHEESE FRIED MOMOSIngredients¾ cup boiled and crushed sweet corn kernels½ cup grated cheddar cheese½ cup grated mozzarella cheeseReady-made dough made using 1 cup refined flour1 small onion, finely chopped3-4 green chillies, chopped2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leavesSalt to taste¼ tsp dark soy sauce1 tsp Tobasco sauce½ tsp garlic powderOil for deep fryingSchezwan sauce to serveMethod1. Take ¾ cup boiled and crushed corn, add onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt, cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese and mix well. Add dark soy sauce, Tobasco sauce, and mix. 2. Add garlic powder, mix and set aside.3. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each portion in balls. Roll out each ball into a small thin disc and stuff with a portion of the sweet corn mixture. Seal the edges and shape into momos.4. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, slide in the momos and deep fry on medium heat till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.5. Arrange the momos on to a serving plate and serve hot with schezwan sauce.
