METHOD FOR MAKING CORIANDER RICE RECIPE :
To a mixer jar, add 2 cups coriander leaves, Add 6 green chillies, 1 teaspoon salt and grind it into a paste. Heat 2 teaspoons of ghee in a pan. Add whole garam-masala,i.e., 2 cinnamon sticks, 4-5 cloves, 3 cardomom, 1/2 teaspoon shahjeera; to the pan. Add 2 tablespoons bengal gram, 1 tablespoon black gram and fry. Add cashew nut pieces and fry. Add 2 dried chillies and fry. Add the previously prepared coriander paste and cook till the oil seeps out. Add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, salt to taste, 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste and mix. Add the cooked rice to it and mix. Salt could be added if necessary. Add 2 tablespoons lemon juice and mix. Cut off the stove and serve hot.
