The is my take of the usual #Italianpesto mushrooms, each and everyone of you can now make #indianstyle #corianderpesto #mushrooms at home, have fun#CorianderPestoSauce #CorianderPestoMushroom #IndianPestoMushroomCoriander pesto mushroomPreparation time : 5 mins Cooking time : 10 mins Serving : 2 pax Ingredients quantity Walnuts 6-8 nos Peanuts 2 tbsp Coriander leaves 1 bunch + for garnish Garlic cloves 6-8 nos Olive oil 3-4 tbsp + 2 tbsp Salt to taste + a pinch Water as required Button mushroom 1 cup Fresh cream 1 tbsp Processed cheese grated 2-3 tbsp Method : 1. Heat a pan , add walnut , peanuts and roast it well for 2-3 mins . 2. In a grinder , add coriander leaves , garlic cloves , olive oil , roasted nuts , salt and grind it thoroughly . 3. Now add water if require , and blend it again . 4. Heat a kadhai , add olive oil , mushrooms saute it well on low flame for 2-3 mins . 5. Now add salt and sauté it again for over 2 mins . 6. Now add the grinded pesto sauce , mix it well for about 2 mins until it gets dry . 7. Now add fresh cream , grated cheese and mix it well for another 2-3 mins. 8. Transfer it in a serving plate , garnish with coriander sprig . 9. Serve hot .
