The lemon juice adds a pleasant tang to the Coriander Garlic Chutney, while the roasted chana dal helps balance the flavours and thickens the chutney as well.Preparation Time: 5 minutes. Cooking Time: Nil. Makes ¾ cup. 1 cup chopped coriander (dhania)½ cup chopped fresh green garlic (hara lehsun), including the greens1 tbsp roasted chana dal (daria)1 tsp lemon juice1 tbsp roughly chopped green chillies Salt to taste1. Combine all the ingredients along with 5 tbsp of water in a mixer and blend till smooth.2. Store in an air-tight container, refrigerate and use as required.
