Cooking Nakji Bokkeum Pasta (Spicy Octopus Pasta) on Olive TV

I was brought in to teach a recipe to the host Fabian. The challenge was to make a Korean-style fusion dish inspired by nakji bokkeum that wasn't so spicy. This was actually a very fun TV shoot. You can tell we're having a good time.
