Truffles made with crushed chocolate cookies coated with melted chocolate

COOKIE TRUFFLES

Ingredients

20-25 dark chocolate cookies
½ cup cream cheese
1 cup white chocolate, roughly chopped
1-2 tablespoons pistachio powder
1-2 tablespoons roasted crushed peanuts
1-2 tablespoons colourful sprinklers

Method

1. Grind cookies to a fine powder and transfer into a bowl.
2. Add cream cheese and mix well. Keep in refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
3. Melt white chocolate in microwave for 30-45 seconds. Cool down to room temperature.
4. Shape the prepared mixture into small balls.
5. Dip the balls in the white chocolate and place it over the butter paper. Sprinkle pistachio powder on some, peanuts on some and sprinklers on some.
6. Serve.
