材料Ingredients(四人份量/4 people portion):
一百三十克粘米 130g rice
兩茶匙生油 2tsp cooking oil
三百克豬展肉或梅頭瘦肉 300g pork
兩隻皮蛋 2 century eggs
一百克花生 100g peanuts
兩角果皮(不是必要)2 dried orange peel (optional)
適量鹽 salt
適量芫茜蔥 chopped coriander and spring onion
三千五百毫升清水 3500ml water
