Coney Island Hot Dog with "Sauerkraut" - Quick Microwave Trick | Pro Home Cooks

Cabbage
Vinegar of Choice (I used Sherry, any sweet Vinegar is great like Rice Wine)
1 Hot Dog
1 Bun

To a bowl of water add some thinly sliced up Cabbage. Add 1- 2 teaspoons of salt and 1/2 to a cup of vinegar. Put in the microwave and cook on high for 10-12 minutes. Take out, add in the hot dog and cook for an additional 1 and half minutes in the microwave. Take out, put dog and "sauerkraut" on the bun and enjoy gloriousness!
