Colourful Layered Pineapple Papdi Chaat:

-Pineapple yogurt :
Hung Curd - 1 cup
(Hang the fresh curd for 2 hrs in a muslin cloth)
Powdered sugar - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Jeera powder - 1/2 tsp
Refrigerate for 2 hrs

-Chutney Potatoes :
Boiled potatoes chopped - 1 cup
Green Coriander Chutney - 2 tbsp

-Colourful Papdi :
Wheat flour/Maida - 1/2 cup
Oil - 2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Boiled beetroot puree/Boiled Spinach Puree -1 tbsp
Water to make a stiff dough
Make your fav shapes
Fry or bake

-Masala Boondi
Garnishing
Pineapples
Pomegranate
Colorful Papdi

Layered chaat can be made and refrigerated.Serve chilled.
Do the garnishings before serving.


Flavourful Tips :
- Use Canned pineapples
- You can use store bought plain papdi also
- Use hung curd for a creamy textu
