Collagen Vanilla Milkshake | Pretty Healthy | Tastemade

Everyone's talking about collagen these days, but what's the best way to incorporate it into your diet? Michel teaches her friend Emma the tricks of the collagen trade with this delicious milkshake.

Ingredients —

1 chopped banana, frozen
1/4 cup raw cashews, soaked for 3 hours
1/4 cup full-fat coconut cream
1/2 cup nut milk of choice
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
Pinch of salt
1 scoop collagen powder
1/2 cup ice
Soy whipped cream
Fresh cherry
Fun straw

Steps —

Blend all ingredients until well combined. Transfer to milkshake glass. Top with whipped cream and a cherry.
