Ingredients:
Whole wheat flour: 1 cup
Desiccated coconut powder: 3 tablespoons
Castor sugar: ½ cup
Baking powder: 2 teaspoons
Oil: 70 ml
Coconut milk: 170 ml
Kissan Strawberry Blast Jam: 2 tablespoons

Method of preparation:
- Preheat oven to 180 °C.
- In a bowl, add the wheat flour, coconut powder, sugar, baking powder, oil and coconut milk.
- Beat everything together to make a batter.
- Pour the batter in a greased tin.
- In a bowl add Kissan Strawberry Blast Jam with some water and mix to a smooth consistency.
- Pour the jam on top of the batter and gently swirl with a skewer.
- Bake the coconut jam loaf for 30 mins at 180 °C or until the skewer comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the tin, remove and slice the loaf. Serve in the tiffin box.
