Spread the love! :) Download our App - http://bit.ly/DownloadIndiaFoodNetworkAppIngredients:Whole wheat flour: 1 cupDesiccated coconut powder: 3 tablespoons Castor sugar: ½ cupBaking powder: 2 teaspoonsOil: 70 mlCoconut milk: 170 mlKissan Strawberry Blast Jam: 2 tablespoonsMethod of preparation:- Preheat oven to 180 °C.- In a bowl, add the wheat flour, coconut powder, sugar, baking powder, oil and coconut milk.- Beat everything together to make a batter.- Pour the batter in a greased tin. - In a bowl add Kissan Strawberry Blast Jam with some water and mix to a smooth consistency.- Pour the jam on top of the batter and gently swirl with a skewer.- Bake the coconut jam loaf for 30 mins at 180 °C or until the skewer comes out clean.- Allow the cake to cool in the tin, remove and slice the loaf.
