COCONUT OIL SHRIMP FRIED RICE

COOK TIME: 10 MINUTES
SERVES: 2

INGREDIENTS
1 cup rice
100g shrimps
3 tbsps coconut oil
1 large carrot, diced.
1 medium onion, diced
1 medium green bell pepper, diced.
1 medium red bell pepper, diced.
1 medium yellow bell pepper, diced.
1 tbsp garlic salt
1 cube shrimp seasoning
Pinch of salt

DIRECTION
- Bring water to a boil, add rice, salt, stir and let cook for 25 minutes.
- Pour coconut oil into a wok over medium heat, add carrot, stir then add green bell pepper, red bell pepper and yellow bell pepper.
- Add onion, stir then add shrimps, garlic salt, shrimp seasoning and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add cooked rice, toss to mix well.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Shrimps fried rice ready to serve!
