COCONUT MILK

INGREDIENTS
1 dry coconut
Coconut water
200ml water

DIRECTION
Crack open the coconut and remove from the shell.
Grate and mix with the coconut water and water.
Blend until smooth and strain.
Set in the fridge for about an hour or drink warm.
Coconut milk ready to serve.
