Coconut Hulled Millet Porridge

COOK TIME: 30 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

1 cup white millet

150g blueberries

cup toasted coconut chips

1 cup coconut milk

cup sugar

1 tsp salt



DIRECTION

Wash, drain and pour millet into a saucepan over medium heat.
Add 2cups of water, salt, stir , cover and let it boil for 25 minutes and stirring occasionally
Add coconut milk, vanilla essence, sugar, stir and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Top with blueberries, toasted coconut chips and mint leaf to garnish
Hulled millet porridge ready to serve.
