Coconut Chia Pudding | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Chia seeds have innumerable health benefits and this coconut chia pudding is the ultimate dish to incorporate these nutritious seeds into your diet!

COCONUT CHIA PUDDING

Ingredients

1 cup coconut milk
ΒΌ cup chia seeds + for garnishing
1-2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoonroasted freshscraped coconut + for garnishing
Dried cranberries for garnishing

Method

1. Combine coconut milk, honey and chia seeds in a bowl and mix well. Add scraped coconut and mix well.
2. Pour the mixture into shot glasses and place them on a plate. Refrigerate to set.
3. Serve chilled garnished with chia seeds, scraped coconut and dried cranberries.

Preparation Time: 20-30 minutes
Cooking Time: 5-7 minutes
