Cloud Panna Cotta

INGREDIENTS
A
100ml milk
2 tablespoons sugar

5g gelatin powder
100ml heavy cream
Some powder sugar
Some biscuits

PREPARATION
1. Microwave milk and sugar (A) in a heat-proof bowl for 1 minute at 600W.

2. Add gelatin powder into the bowl (1) and mix well.

3. Add heavy cream into the bowl (2) and mix well. Let cool.

4. Pour (3) into a sphere ice mold. Chill in the refrigerator until set.

5. Place several (4) onto each biscuit to shape a cloud. Dust the clouds with some powder sugar on top.

6. Enjoy!
