Cloud Egg

Difficulty: Very Easy
Time: 5min
Number of servings: 1

Ingredients:
1 egg
any rice dish you like

Directions:
1. Separate egg white and egg yolk.
2. Place egg white in a bowl and beat with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
3. Put egg white on top of rice dish, push down in the middle, and place the egg yolk.
