Milk Custard
1000 grams whole milk
100 grams granulated sugar
120 grams corn starch
3 large egg yolks
1 whole vanilla bean
1 whole Ceylon cinnamon stick
Peel 1 from lemon
Peel from 1 orange

Sweet Dredge
2 large eggs, beaten
100 grams cornstarch
100 grams all-purpose flour
50 grams granulated sugar
5 grams ground Ceylon cinnamon
