I got my first mouth guards in the mail today! lol...They got to me here in Ecuador pretty quickly. They are pretty cool, you boil them in water, and you mold them to your teeth by yourself. It actually works pretty darn good for the top teeth. It doesn't work as well for the bottom teeth. However, I feel much better drinking citrus juice with a straw with these in my mouth. These will work for the time being, but attempt 2 is coming soon...You can check out the entire process in this fun video here!
