Make this fresh salad with washed lettuce, orange, grapefruit, blood orange and tangelo sections (any citrus you have), and use the leftover juice in your dressing. This salad can be oomphed up by adding cooked grains or quinoa. Today Melissa from Little Kosher Lunch is pairing it with a roasted brisket to deliver to a family with a new baby. The salad can easily be combined before eating (or layered and transported before dinner) and the fattiness of the brisket is complimented by the acidity of the citrus.
