Chukka Kura Pachadi | Chukka Kura Chutney Recipe in Telugu by Hyderabadi Ruchulu

INGREDIENTS
1. Dock Sorrel - 4 Bunches
2. Green Chillies - 6
3. Garlic Cloves - 8
4. Cumin Seeds - 1 Teaspoon
5. Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon
6. Oil - 4 Teaspoons
7. Mustard Seeds - 1/2 Teaspoon
8. Dried Chillies - 3
9. Curry Leaves - 1/2 Cup
10. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
11. Chopped Onions

Heat a pan and add 1 teaspoon oil. Add 6 chopped chillies and fry. To the same pan add 1 teaspoon oil, chopped dock sorrel leaves and fry. Cut off the stove. Add fried chopped chillies to a mixie jar. Add 7-8 garlic cloves, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1/2 teaspoon salt and grind it. Add fried dock sorrel and grind it into a paste. For tempering; Heat a pan and add 2 teaspoons oil. Add 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, pieces of 2-3 dried chillies and fry. Add curry leaves, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder. Add prepared dock sorrel paste and mix. Take it into a serving bowl and add chopped onions.
