Green chilli:2
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder:1/2 tsp
Refined flour:3 tbsp
Corn flour:1 ½ tsp
For chow/munchurian:
Cabbage:1 cup
Carrot:1/2 cup
Onion:1
Green chilli:2
Capsicum:1/2
Oil:1 tsp
Soy sauce:1 tsp
Vinegar:1 tsp
Red chilli sauce:2 tsp
Tomato ketchup:1 tsp
Shezwan sauce:1 tsp
Red chilli powder:1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder:1/4th tsp
Salt:1/2 tsp
Corn flour:1 ts
Water:1/2 glass(total)
Coriander stem/spring onion
