A Mexican dish presented in the Indian-style- Chole Burrito!

CHOLE BURRITO

Ingredients

1 cup chickpeas, boiled
4 large whole wheat tortillas
green chillies, finely chopped
2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
¼ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp garam masala
1tsp coriander-cumin powder
1 tsp Tata Sampann Chole Masala
Salt to taste
2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves
½ tsp lemon juice
For making salsa
1 medium tomato, finely chopped
1 small yellow capsicum
1-2 green chillies, chopped
2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves
½ tsp lemon juice
1 ½ tbsps tomato ketchup
Salt to taste
¼ tsp red chilli powder
For sour cream dip
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup chopped green capsicum
¼ cup chopped red capsicum
2 tbsps corn kernels, boiled
A pinch of crushed black peppercorn

Method
1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add green chillies, tomatoes sauté for 2-3 minutes or till tomatoes are pulpy. Add chickpeas, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander-cumin powder, Tata Sampann Chole Masala and mix well
2. Add salt, fresh coriander, lemon juice and mash well with the help masher. Transfer the mixture in a bowls and set aside for cool down.
3. For salsa, take tomatoes in a bowl, add yellow capsicum, green chillies, coriander, lemon juice, tomato ketchup, salt, red chilli powder and mix.
4. For sour cream dip, Take sour cream in a bowl, add green capisium ,red capsicum , corn kernel. Crushed black peppercorns.
5. To prepared burrito , Place whole wheat tortilla on a worktop, add chole mixture spread equally, add salsa and drizzle some sour cream on top, tear iceberg in small pieces and place on top and close the edges and roll it.
6. Diagonally halve the burrito and serve immediately.
