Warabi-mochi
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
60g potato starch
15g sugar
100ml milk
200ml chocolate ice cream
Some cocoa powder (for coating)

PREPARATION
1. Mix potato starch, sugar, and milk in a pan until smooth.
2. Add ice cream into the pan, turn on the heat to medium to melt. Turn down the heat to low, keep mixing for about 3 minutes.
3. Remove from the heat. Let cool.
4. Make bite-size balls with a spoon and drop them in iced water.
5. Coat them with cocoa powder.
6.Enjoy!
