Ingredient Quantity
White Sesame seeds cup
Black pepper 1 tsp
Fennel seed 1 tsp
Ghee 1 tbsp
Cashew nut 15 no
Walnut kernels 15 no
Dates 8-9 no
Raisins 2 tbsp
Dark chocolate 2 slab
Jaggery 750 gram
Sugar balls for sprinkle
Method
1. Take a frying pan on medium flame and add white sesame seeds, black pepper and fennel seeds dry roast for 2 minute.
2. Take a strainer and strain all the ingredients in it and leave it to cool for a minute.
3. In that pan add ghee and heat it, add cashew nut and walnut kernels fry until become golden in color.
4. Take dates and remove all the seeds.
5. Now fry the raisins and dates side out in a plate.
6. Place the pot on medium flame and add a few inches of water, never water to touch the bottom of the bowl.
7. Take a mixer grinder add roasted sesame seeds grind coarsely and now grind coarsely roasted nuts also.

14. Now side out in a plate and sprinkle sugar balls on top.
