FULL RECIPE FOR CHOCOLATE SOUFFLEIngredients250 g butter250 g dark chocolate chips8 eggs (6 wholes, 2 yolks)80 g flour150 g sugar1 tsp vanillinFor baking bowls:1 tbsp butter1 tbsp cocoa powder1 tbsp flourFor serving (optional)1 tbsp icing sugarVanilla ice creamPREPARING THE BOWLSIn a small jar, mix 1 tbsp of flour and 1 tbsp of cocoa powderButter the inner surface of the baking bowls, then coat with the cocoa-flour mixturePlace the coated bowls in the fridge for 10-15 minutesPREPARING THE BATTERMelt 250 g of butter in a small saucepan(!)
