CHOCOLATE SOUFFLE: AN EASY, HOMEMADE, AND MAKE-AHEAD RECIPE

FULL RECIPE FOR CHOCOLATE SOUFFLE
Ingredients

250 g butter
250 g dark chocolate chips
8 eggs (6 wholes, 2 yolks)
80 g flour
150 g sugar
1 tsp vanillin

For baking bowls:
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp flour

For serving (optional)
1 tbsp icing sugar
Vanilla ice cream

PREPARING THE BOWLS
In a small jar, mix 1 tbsp of flour and 1 tbsp of cocoa powder
Butter the inner surface of the baking bowls, then coat with the cocoa-flour mixture
Place the coated bowls in the fridge for 10-15 minutes

PREPARING THE BATTER
Melt 250 g of butter in a small saucepan
(!) Do not let the butter boil or burn
Turn off the stove
Then, add 250 g of dark chocolate chips into the melted butter, and
mix until the chocolate is thoroughly melted and combine with the butter
Set aside to cool down to room temperature

In a large bowl, combine 6 whole eggs, 2 egg yolk, 150 g of sugar, and 1 tbsp of vanillin
Whisk the ingredients for 5-8 minutes, or until the mixture is covered with a fluffy foam layer
Then, drizzle the chocolate-butter mixture (at room temperature)
Combine the liquids well
Finally, sift 80 g of flour into the mixture and gently combine the ingredients
Once the batter has a smooth texture, cover the bowl with a lid, place it in the fridge, and chill for a minimum of 15-20 minutes before baking

When it is time for baking, take out the coated baking bowls and the batter from the fridge
Apportion the batter into the coated bowls
Make sure to leave a little extra room from the top for the Souffl to rise
You can prepare the Souffl batter ahead of time and keep it safely in the baking bowls for 3-4 days in the fridge before baking

Souffl should be baked right before serving and served freshly, while it is still warm
So, bake them when it is time for dessert!

BAKING
Pre-heat the oven to 400 F/ 200 C
Place the batter in the oven and bake for 18 minutes
(!) The size of baking cups and the type of oven may vary the baking time
Please test the perfect size and time for your oven via baking 1 or 2 bowls of Souffl ahead of time
Once the souffl rises higher than the bowls rim and has a slightly crispy hard shell, the baking is done!

SERVING
Immediately remove the Souffl bowls from the oven and flip them onto the serving plates!
(!) If you leave them in the hot tray, they will continue baking and lose the creamy texture in the center

SOUFFLE is delightful as it is
However, you can dust it with icing sugar and add a spoonful of ice cream to increase its finesse!

HAPPINESS
Now, indulge yourself with this warm, rich creamy, and chocolaty piece of class and be proud of your elegant dessert platters!!!

SOUFFLE always gives people a sense of comfort in lavish emballage
