Place the mixture in a warm place for the mixture to rise for 45 minutes.- Pour oil into a deep pan and place on a medium heat.- Scoop the mixture with your hands and squeeze to get a golf ball size and drop directly into the oil.- Fry for 10 minutes, turning to get all golden brown.- Transfer to a paper line bowl to drain the oil and cool off.- Mix the melted butter and chocolate spread and pump it with a pastry syringe.- Fill each Puff Puff with the chocolate.- Chocolate Puff Puff is ready to serve.
