CHOCOLATE PUFF PUFF / BOFROT

PREP TIME: 60 MINUTES
COOK TIME: 10 MINUTES
SERVES: 6 - 10

INGREDIENTS
2 cups hard flour
cup sugar
2 tsp instant yeast
100g chocolate spread
50g butter, melted
2 tsp nutmeg
Vegetable oil
Pinch of salt

DIRECTION
- Pour flour into a mixing bowl, add all dry ingredients and mix with a spatula.
- Add lukewarm water and mix together with the dry ingredients.
- Cover the mixture with a cling foil and a kitchen napkin. Place the mixture in a warm place for the mixture to rise for 45 minutes.
- Pour oil into a deep pan and place on a medium heat.
- Scoop the mixture with your hands and squeeze to get a golf ball size and drop directly into the oil.
- Fry for 10 minutes, turning to get all golden brown.
- Transfer to a paper line bowl to drain the oil and cool off.
- Mix the melted butter and chocolate spread and pump it with a pastry syringe.
- Fill each Puff Puff with the chocolate.
- Chocolate Puff Puff is ready to serve.
