CHOCOLATE POPSICLE

PREP TIME: 5 MINUTES
COOK TIME: 3 HOUR 15 MINUTES
SERVES: 6

INGREDIENTS
3 cups milk
150g dark chocolate bar
cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp corn starch

DIRECTION
- Pour 2 cups of milk into a saucepan over medium heat and
let simmer
- In a mixing bowl, mix brown sugar, cocoa powder, the
remaining milk, stir then add a ladle of the warm milk and stir.
- Pour the mixture into the milk on fire.
- Mix the corn starch with 2 tbsps of milk and pour into the
mixture on fire and stir.
- Chop up the chocolate bar, pour into the mixture, stir and take
of the heat.
- Let cool a bit, pour in vanilla and stir.
- Pour mixture into popsicle moulds and top up with chopped
chocolate.
- Place in the freezer and let set for 2-3 hours.
- Popsicles ready to serve.
