Chocolate Peanut Butter Bread Rolls | Indian Mom's Kitchen

Everyone loves oven fresh Bread Rolls. Let me show you how easy it is to make these Bread Rolls at home.

Ingredients:
1 cup Milk
1 tbsp dry Yeast
1 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Sugar
500 gms Flour/Maida
1 cup Water
1/2 cup Peanut butter
1/4 cup chopped Dark Chocolate
2 tbsp Oil

For Glazing:
1/2 cup Milk
1 tbsp Honey
Butter

Method: In a bowl combine Sugar and lukewarm Milk. Sprinkle Yeast over it and keep covered for 10 minutes till the mixture froths. In a Sauce pan mix 2 tbsp Flour and 1 cup water and cook over low flame till thick. Remove from heat and put in Salt. Keep aside to cool. Once the Yeast mix has frothed, add the Flour and cooked Flour and mix well with a spoon. Knead the dough for 2-3 minutes. Add Oil and knead for another 2 minutes. Cover the dough and allow it to rise for 1 hour. Once risen, knead it for a minute and roll out small portions. On one end put little Peanut Butter and grated chocolate and the other end should be cut into strips. Start rolling from one end and shape as shown. Keep the rolls to rise again for 20 minutes. Brush with a mix of Milk and Honey on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and apply a little Butter on top of each Rolls. Peanut Butter Chocolate Bread rolls are ready to serve.
