Chocolate MIM | Cooksmart | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

This chocolate preparation is literally melt in the mouth.

CHOCOLATE MIM (MELT IN MOUTH)

Ingredients

175 gms dark chocolate
25 gms cocoa powder
75 gms butter
3 egg yolks
200 ml cream
75 gms sugar

Method

1. Heat butter in a pan, add dark chocolate and cook, stirring on low heat, till both melt and become smooth.
2. Add cocoa powder and mix well. Add sugar and mix till all the sugar dissolves.
3. Switch off heat. Break eggs, one by one into egg separator and put into a large bowl and whisk well.
4. Add the chocolate mixture and whisk again till well mixed. Add cream and whisk vigorously till well blended.
5. Line a small silicon mould with cling wrap. Pour the chocolate mixture into it. Cover with cling wrap and cover with a lid. Keep the mould in the refrigerator to set.
6. When well set, remove from the refrigerator, cut into cubes or slices, sprinkle a little cocoa powder over them and serve.
