Serves -6
Rice(basmati) – 4 tbsp
Sugar – 8tbsp
Milk (full fat) – 1lt
Cardamom Powder – ¾ tsp
Desi Ghee (optional) – 1 tbsp
Mango Puree (fresh) – 3 tbsp
Dark Chocolate chips/chunks – ¼ cup
Assorted nuts (chopped) – a handful
Mint Sprigs – for garnishing
