A unique, decadent & chocolaty version of the popular Middle-Eastern dip. It gets done in a jiffy so all you gotta do is dig in!
CHOCOLATE HUMMUS

Ingredients

½ cup melted dark chocolate
1 cup chickpeas, soaked for 6-8 hours, drained, and boiled with the water reserved
2 tbsps tahina
1½ tsps honey + for drizzling
1 tbsp olive oil
Lavash to serve
Chocolate chips for garnish
Fruits as required

Method

1. Put chickpeas in a blender jar, add tahina, melted chocolate, honey and olive oil and blend to a fine paste.
2. Transfer the chocolate hummus in a serving bowl, drizzle honey and garnish with chocolate chips and serve with lavash and fruits of your choice.
