Chocolate dryfruit fudge
For Chocolate Dry Fruit Fudge
1 1/2 cups melted dark chocolate
1 1/2 cups condensed milk
2 tbsp melted butter
3 tbsp almonds (badam)
3 tbsp cashew nuts (kaju)
2 tbsp pistachios
3 tbsp chopped walnuts (akhrot)
1 tbsp black raisins
1 tbsp raisins (kismis)
1 tbsp cranberry
1/4 cup chopped dried fruits
Method

For chocolate dry fruit fudge
To make chocolate dry fruit fudge, combine melted chocolate, condensed milk and melted butter in a deep bowl. Mix well till it becomes slightly thick.
Add in the rest of the ingredients in the chocolate mixture. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture into a lined aluminium tin. Spread it evenly using a spatula.
Top it up with some chopped nuts. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Once chilled, demould the fudge and cut it into 9 equal bars.
Serve chocolate dry fruit fudge or store in an air tight container in the fridge for 3 days.

To make chocolate dry fruit fudge you can use any nuts or dry fruits of your choice.
Cut the fudge pieces using a sharp knife.
Always place a parchment paper in the tin that makes easier to demould the fudge.
Store the fudge in an air tight container in the fridge for 3 days
