To make caramel sauce, cook granulated sugar and water in a pan over medium heat. Do not mix, let it melt. Once melted sugar is turning its color, start shaking the pan until golden. Add hot water and mix using a rubber spatula.2. Pour caramel sauce (1) into 4 cups and refrigerate them.3. To make flan mixture, whip heavy cream in a bowl until soft peaks.4. Cook milk and sugar in a saucepan over low heat, turn off the heat when it starts boiling. Sprinkle gelatin into water, microwave on 600W for about 20 seconds to completely dissolve, add it to the saucepan. 5. Put chopped chocolate in a bowl, add flan mixture (4) slowly into the bow and stir to mix with melting chocolate. Once chocolate is all melted, add whipped cream (3) and mix well.6.
