A unique way to serve strawberries coated with chocolate and sprinkled with salt

CHOCOLATE COATED STRAWBERRIES WITH SALT

Ingredients

20-24 large sized strawberries
1 cup chopped chocolate
Sea salt, as required

Method

1. Melt chocolate in a double boiler.
2. Hull some strawberries and let the others remain as they are.
3. Stir the chocolate till it melts completely and become smooth. Switch off heat.
4. Keep a silicon sheet over a plate. Dip the strawberries, one by one, in the melted chocolate and place them on the silicon sheet.
5. You can dip some strawberries fully and some only half.
6. Sprinkle a little flaky sea salt over some.
7. Keep them in the refrigerator till chocolate sets. Serve chilled.
