Ingredients for Cookie Tart:
Nurpur Unsalted Butter (200 g) Room temperature
Brown sugar 250 g
Egg 1
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
All-purpose flour 2 ½ cups
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chocolate chips 200 g
Chocolate chips (for topping) as required
Butter paper
White chickpeas as required

Ingredients for Chocolate Fudge Frosting:
Milk chocolate (chunks) 2 cups
Nurpur unsalted butter 150 g
Powdered sugar 1/4 cup
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Assembling:
Cookie Tart
Chocolate Fudge Frosting
Chocolate syrup as required

Directions for Cookie Tart Preparation:
1. In a bowl add butter and brown sugar. Mix until well incorporated.
2. Add egg, vanilla essence and mix again.
3. Add flour, salt, baking soda and mix until well combined.
4. Add chocolate chips and gently fold.
5. Transfer this cookie dough into tart pan and spread evenly. Top with more chocolate chips.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 25-30 mins or until cooked through.
7. Let it cool at room temperature. Drizzle melted chocolate over the tart and serve.
8. To prepare Chocolate Fudge Frosting, in a bowl add chocolate and butter. Microwave for 1 min 30 seconds. Whisk until well combined.
9. Add sugar, cocoa powder and whish again. Add milk if needed to get the desired consistency.
10. Cover and refrigerate for 15-20 mins.
11. In another tart pan, spread the cookie dough in a way making thick layer on sides and thin layer in center.
12. Place butter paper and white chickpeas in the center. White chickpeas are added to retain the shape of cookie tart while baking.
13. Take out of oven and let it cool at room temperature.
14. Remove white chickpeas and butter paper and add prepared chocolate fudge frosting.
15. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until frosting sets. Your Cookie tarts are ready to serve
